Wow nice piece. It’s like a mixture of ancient Chinese armor, dragons, and uh...idk, HR Giger or something haha. It a good blend though, and I like how elements of the body are exposed like the top half of the skull (is that brain matter?) and the way the spine segments almost mold into armor or metal plates. The details seem to fade on the right side of the face though..And that’s probably because it’s darker but the contours are not as defined as they could be. But the left side of the head is really great! The way you put the highlights going up that long head piece (ear?) and in that one top segment of his head that branches down the neck has a lot of detail and attention. The composition seems a bit crowded to the right and it doesn’t help that the sharp edge is so close to the divide line on the face. It could have used a little more room to breathe on that side maybe, but that’s just a minor technical crit issue. It's still a good job even if it's a side thing to some SECRET STUFF (!?!) hah can't wait to see it ;]

yea, i know he has some major design issues, and it really was just something to fart out in the meantime. its a pity really, thats how 'red snow' happened and sometime i really want to devote some -good- time to these guys.

Yeah you should keep doing these for sure. It’s always nice to experiment and dab into other stuff even as you are doing other bigger projects. It keeps your skills and imagination fresh.
